Medal ID - Elizabeth I

Hi ... I'm not sure exactly what this is - any ideas? About 40mm diameter. Possibly silver but more likely white metal.

Hang on a minute didn't Elizabeth I nearly die of smallpox in 1562, maybe it's a commemoration of her survival and the survival of England? Cos if she had died then Mary Queen of Scots would have been travelling to England... and a Civil War would have erupted.

Interesting! I think Kirk was a Scottish medalist. If it's heavy, it's silver; if light, it's white metal. If white metal, it's in superb condition!
