Hi ... I'm not sure exactly what this is - any ideas? About 40mm diameter. Possibly silver but more likely white metal.

Hang on a minute didn't Elizabeth I nearly die of smallpox in 1562, maybe it's a commemoration of her survival and the survival of England? Cos if she had died then Mary Queen of Scots would have been travelling to England... and a Civil War would have erupted.
