What are some "fun" modern boxes to open?

Hi, I need a little help.
Every year, my dad and I take a trip to a different Big 10 university to watch our beloved Michigan State Spartans play basketball. Part of the weekend is some pack busting in the hotel.
Here's our criteria for a good box to bust: A base set that is reasonably complete-able (sorry about the grammar) in 2 or 3 boxes. A box that will contain 2 or 3 relics/autographs. A box price that is within the $50 - $60 range (or less). Also, "retro" is cool by dad
Some of the boxes that we have opened in the last few years are Fleer GOTG basketball and hockey, as well as Topps C55's. These were huge hits for dad.
Any feedback would be appreciated. It doesn't necessarily need to be a 2005 or 2004 box, sometimes the 1-2 year old boxes are cheaper.

You should be able to buy 36-pack boxes of 2002 Pacific for under $1 a pack - with each pack containing 10 cards, and each box having at least 2 relics (normally jersey cards). The set is 500 cards, the 50 rookies are not SPs, and I know that from my 2 boxes I opened, I was about 90% complete on a base set. Many of their other products may also be good bets (especially due to the low cost now).

Reap the whirlwind.
Need to buy something for the wife or girlfriend? Check out Vintage Designer Clothing.
edited to add: BTW - Here's one that might be fun - tough set, loaded with stars and rookies. Good luck!

<< <i>detroit - I would look at Pacific FB products from 2001 or 2002.

I would second that recommendation of Pacific products, except I would recommend 2001 Atomic Prism. You get 6 jerseys per 24-pack box, 2 of which are patches. The set has a really nice design and you should easily be able to complete the set - minus the #'ed rookies - in a couple boxes.
And then, after you're done busting the boxes, you can trade me the patches you pull, since I'm working on the patch set:

The relic checklist is full of players who have never and may never have a jersey card again, but these outsell the players who have several out in many cases. There are no just jackpot cards I don't think there is a card over 20.00 in the whole set. For about 100 bucks you should be able to get at least 3 boxes.
2005 Topps HTA is another fun box to open. 2004 Cracker Jack is slipping to a price range that make it a fun box to open cheaply boxes of that are down to about 25 dollars.
