Nicest 1936d 5c 3 & 1/2 leg in existence?

So I've gotten into this morbid habit of looking at his/their new listings every day for the daily dose of abuse. I don't know the ubertechology of linking yet, but his item 3944190886, started yesterday, clearly shows this variety, although some pics have less of a front leg than others. Now, knowing his/their credibility and practices, do you buffalo specialists think this is the real deal?
