  • Kieth,

There are some other board members going and we should try to coordinate a time when we could all meet. I'm thinking Saturday might be best. Let me know when you can make it.

Louis: I'm planning to attend next weekend's Pasadena Coin Show.

By the way, DizzleCC and I saw Loanshark (Steve) and his wife (Mrs. Loanshark) today while we were at U.S. Coins checking out some Morgans.

I'd really like to meet some of the other forum members while at the show.

  • I'll be there Friday and Saturday for sure and possibly Sunday looking for last minute deals.

Just find J B Stevens table and he can point me out wherever I happen to be wandering.

If I'm not on the floor somewhere, just check the bar. image

  • I will have a table and will be at my table on Friday and Saturday. Since I have such a busy schedule I will have to skip Sunday to catch my flight and list all the spectacular NEWPS from the show. image

I will have my laptop and will have the forum up and running at the show. Maybe even have my digital camera for a live from the show floor coin show action shot.

It sounds like we are all going to have a great time getting together after Thanksgiving at next weekend's Pasadena, Texas coin show.

Jason, I am really looking forward to seeing all of those NEWPS that have taken you several weeks to cayalog. Do you think that you will have the time to get them all listed by the time the show comes around??

Wonderful!!! I'm planning on being there too so I will make it a point to visit on Saturday at 11:00 at JBSteven table. I'm going to sneak in Friday at precisely 2:00 to hunt for indians but it will probably be a short hunt. When we all group up infront of JB's table we'll probably draw a crowd with everyone wondering what's going on..."I heard he was giving away xf saints to the first 50 people!"

It will be good to see you again Louis and it will be great to meet more forum members.

  • I hope to see y'all there. image

I'm planning to be at the Pasadena (Houston) Coin show tomorrow when it opens to the public at 2:00pm, and may get there a bit early if I can get in.

I hope to see some other forum members there. Please ask Jason Stevens which one I am if you plan to be at the show tomorrow (Friday). He can identify me for you if you'd like to for us to meet one another.

  • I plan on coming down today depending on weather that I saw forecasted for our area- hitting 59 that time of day near hobby? I hope to meet some of the forum folks on Friday- but I r a newbie.

Question will any of the tables or good folks be there to give opinions as to grade of coins? I would like to get an idea on some items my lovely wife bought for my last birthday- she ebay'd and did not ask or tell me what she did- saw shiny stuff and spent $500.00 in under 4 sec. (without a snipers program I might add!)
  • TRAFFIC SHOULD BE LIGHT TODAY SINCE IT IS THE DAY AFTER tDAY.

If you come by my table I would be happy to look at your coins and give you my opinion. Affordable Coins of Houston. Look for a short guy with a mullet haircut, that's me.
  • Thnaks Jason, but remember I live here to! I'm not a native Houstonian or is it oustonian? it does not matter what day it is- traffic in this town is terrible- people drive just like cowboys on a lasics horse- pushin cattle. i'm more concerned about the rain, I will look you up this afternoon, if the show is good, I may bring the wife down on Saturday, if she let's me out of the house.
  • Loan Shark and Loan Shark Jr. will be there at 2:00 when it opens. Hoping to fill a couple of holes in the collection and upgrade a couple of Morgans.

Hey Jason, young son Travis wants to know if the offer to help you work behind the table is still good. He is very excited about the possibility to make people think some of the coins are his.

  • steve

offer is still good. come on by!
  • Jason,
Now he really can't wait to go.

    Thanks,
