2004 mint sets

how come the mint stopped selling the mint sets?

They sold out. Nothing more nothing less.

I guess they have to stop at some point.

The only thing that I was upset with is that they accepted my order and then said they were sold out??

I just found out over the weekend when I went to their site. I was surprised that they sold out of them. Last year I think they were available right up to the end of the year. Of course the quality was pretty lousy last year.

I ordered three sets early and received them a couple of months later.

I gave them a brief look when they came in, but haven't really checked
them close yet for quality, etc.

Perhaps they are selling a good amount of large bulk orders to run out so early?

I just got mine in today. Nothing really special - most of the coins look to be between MS-63 to MS-65, maybe a few nicer ones.
