Submissions...a column disappears on the forms??

Has anyone else noticed that when you print a submission form that the "declared value" column is cut off?? I have missed this a few times and had coins held up....Is it my printer or is the form too wide??

    I believe that either your printer or you settings. I print the submission forms fine even after I filled them on-line.

    ASKED AND ANSWERED...I kid of figured that, because they would be getting thousands of incomplete forms.
