Baseball Rookies and other ?? 87,89,90 sets

Hello everyone,
New to this card thing,but are there any particular cards to be on the look out for from these years,from the following sets:
The first two sets are open
1987 Topps #1-792 including checklists.Card #1-6 1986 Record Breakers.Judging by the card# on the
back,there are 53 missing from this set including couple checklists.
1989 DonRuss Set Card#1-#660 (#1-26 is Diamond Kings)(BC-1-BC-26 MVP). Are these last two items listed what I see discussed on these boards as inserts? two(2)cards missing from this set.
Also have 1990 and 92 Upper Deck,1990 Score,1990 and 92 Topps complete sets which are still factory sealed.Are they worth looking through.Better left sealed,doesn't matter?
From what I have been reading here and other places there seeemed to have been a glut on these things in the late 80's and early 90's.
Any help apppreciated.

Hi Buster
You pretty much nailed it with that statement. Anything that is in those sets - Bonds 87T, Sosa RC, Ramirez RC from 92UD e.g. have all been graded and can be purchased in PSA 9 cheap IMO. I've got a ton of the stuff since that was my son's collecting era.
