I think it's a lighting issue...is that rub on her lower belley above her left leg...lighting...IMO.

I agree it's super clean- it looks like it was freshly polished. This coin has obviously been harshly cleaned yet it is graded MS62 because of it's rarity. It seems like the standards keep going down for the rare coins- take a close look at some of the stuff up for auction these days. mike

I don't know about *obviously*, but one thing it's obviously not, IMO, is mint state. Who graded it 62?
