Any help on camera/equipment purchase?

Hi, I am going to buy a digital camera solely for coin pics for this forum and related sites like coppercoins. I saw a Nikon 4300 mentioned here, it is going for about 250 on amazon. Nothing is said about macro utility, so what else do I have to buy? I searched "digital macro", just lighting came up, so a specific suggestion would be appreciated. I want to get nice pics like you guys post of the entire coin, but my interest is rpm's and double dies, and I want to show them clearly for id's. So, that's how small I need to go. First digital camera, first time posting images of any kind, so assume I know nothing.
If there are previous threads with all this, let me know, and I will review, like the one Rob provided for thin film interference.
Any other equipment needed, please mention. I can spend whatever is needed. Thanks.
Bill

A camera stand is a must, at least 2 desk lamps(3 is better), get a small picture frame with glass in it(you will need it to deflect the glare), that will get you started. Do a search for "posting pictures", that's a must.
You will need a picture hosting site, and you will need to learn how to size your pictures down. If that's not enough to get you started, let me know
