As most of you know I recently sold my Mint Set only Registry set. I just wanted to share the prices realized. All coins that sold on eBay were started at 1¢ with no reserve. The MS68 1996 W kept me from loosing money.

I wish I'd have seen your auction for the 1970-D Kennedy. You'd have had some more profit in the kitty. To put it bluntly, you got ripped on that one.

I just figured a deal of 1981(p) SBA coins in PCGS-MS66 at roughly 4x the price your coin sold at - AND THAT WAS MY BUY PRICE! The last ebay sale was at $140. I guess I know why I got that deal in.

Overall, you did just fine though.

The 1981 P SBA was purchased in May 2002 for $40. I had no clue as to it's worth these days as well as the 70D half.

Those 2 were not sold on eBay. So I guess the forum member that bought them got a real bargain.

When I asked Bill about the 81P it was already gone. Now I see why.
I think I paid around $150 in the last week or so for one.

Gosh I wish I could have bought the 70-d and 81-p. I've been looking for both of those but haven't wanted to pay the high prices .

Whoa!!!!! What a fire sale, I asked about a few of those coins and I did not get any of the prices you have list. The 70-d and the 81-P are tough coins.

The last 2000-D Millennium Sac on ebay sold for around $75. The last one on Teletrade went for $85.
So not everything went for a song.

ps Besides coins are like stocks. You only need one or two good ones to make up for a lot of losers.
