PSA grading quiz & SMR/eBay question

Bought my first two PSA cards on eBay a couple of weeks ago. (I've been getting more & more skeptical of buying raw online, although I'm still confident in buying raw vintage face-to-face). Below are scans of the two cards without their PSA flips -- see if you can ID the grades (one hint: the two cards' grades differ). After they're correctly ID'ed, I'll post the full images and then ask my question about SMR and eBay pricing.

Now here's my question: In your eBay experience, what are closing prices (as a percentage of SMR) for big-time '50s, '60s and early '70s Topps' HOFers like Aaron, Mays, Clemente, Mantle & Koufax in PSA 7 and PSA 8?
Another one grouped with a 7 Stargell looks to be closing at $150 in about 10 minutes.
1969: SMR in brackets followed by average sales price
PSA 7 Aaron ($65): $45
PSA 8 Aaron ($180): $155
PSA 7 Mays ($65): $90
PSA 8 Mays ($180): $175
PSA 7 Clemente ($65): $45
PSA 8 Clemente ($155): $105
PSA 7 Mantle ($285): $210
PSA 8 Mantle ($585): $460
