IS there any interest in Thicker Airtites?

I am thinking of asking Airtite to consider making some of their holders that are able to hold the thicker copper conders and other thicker english copper. If any of you are also interested please let me know so that I can tell them there are a lot of poeple that would use them.

Also if any of you have specific thickness and diameters of the coins in mind please let me know them.

My interest would be the same as yours. I say let's go for it

Yeah. What Boz said. Same interest for me, too.

I'd like thicker one's made of black opaque plastic.
    "Have a nice day!"
  • I have also wanted thicker ones for some of the unusual coins and medals.

    Good Luck

    Reply from Airtite:

We do have holders that have a greater depth. Our X holder has a depth of 3.96mm and we have many rings to fit that holder. listed below are the ring sizes we have for the X holder. 22,30,32,33,34,35,37,38,39,40,42,43,44, please state if you want black or white rings. Retail price of X holders with rings is $1.10.

I have some "X" holders at home that will accommodate a number of thicker than usual coins but still won't come close to helping with most of the medals people need them for.

Yeah- I need to encapsulate my Yap Island collection- the stone is getting weathered and flaky on some of them.

Think they have any Airtites thick enough? image

Well, that sort of depends on the denomination. Probably a foot or two. And diameters from about sixteen inches to eight feet.

I might do a type set if Dansco came out with an album for 'em. image

Maybe I'll just put a few on my Holey Coin Vest, instead.
