Bob Marley silver

I have seen the Bob Marley silver coin spoken about here in the past and have been really interested in getting one. I saw one on ebay about a month ago and it went for almost $100. I thought book value on these was about $50. Does anyone know what these normally sell for and how often they come up on ebay.
