Hard to tell if the head is FH or only 85% FH. Its hard to see if the earhole and 3 leaves are present
as well as the differentiation of the hair line and cheek. All in all looks like a nice MS-66 or even 67.

I still can't see the ear detail, but I'll stick with FH.
BTW - According to ANA standards, only a MS70 can get a FH (eyebrows and everything perfect). PCGS and NGC don't follow that standard.

I had a SLQ PCGS AU-55 FH, so PCGS even gives the FH designation for non MS coins.
If they only used the ANA standard, no FH's would exist!
