I think you would be pretty hard pressed to find any Saint without some signs of stacking rub.

i have no doubt about that !
only rendered my opinion and i really hope its a 65.
many many people dont realize the 20 Saint was not made for circulation but for bank transfers and was moved in bags !

Looks 64 to me also. Fields quite clean looking. That seems to help a lot. Can't get a feel for the lustre though.

I would describe the luster as being the usual flat luster that is seen on 11-D's but it is a bright and appealing coin with heavy orange peal effect. mike

65 based on the fields. Providing of course the luster is present. The nose and toes look good as well.

Looks as if the luster is a bit subdue so I'd go MS64...assuming there isn't any rub...of which I can't tell.

Do the TPG's consider the DATE of the coin before grading? If so, they might go MS65 on this even if the luster is dull. That is a bad way to grade but they might do it.
