Canada will begin melting unsold Collector Coins after 12 months!

This is instead of selling to the U.S. for 20 cents on the dollar. Smart move on Canadas part, this will sure spark interest at the wholesale level. Canada is going forward as the U.S. is going backward!

    I got the e-mail from the RCM about that. I guess most of the Centre Ice Loon population would have been melted had not Gatewest bought most of them and thrown away the packaging.

  • It's only news if you buy that over-produced, over-hyped crap to begin with...Too many widows have found out that the RCM coin collection, that their late husbands religiously collected, are worth only bullion value on the secondary market, if one can find a buyer at all.
