Im probally way late on this. Lawsuit against PayPal

Anybody hear about this or is it a scam. I got an email about this like 2 days ago. Sounds very sincere. Let me know if anybody has heard about it.

I got the e-mail, but in my experience a class action of this size will result in a settlement of 50-cents deposited into your PP account, at best. I've been in class actions for Sears and CD settlements and a credit card one, all class action, and got coupons or checks for under $3.00 - yowsers!

I agree, Class action suits tend to benefit the lawyers representing the class and the initial claimant who brought the suit. the rest get platitudes and tokens of appreciation. I was a member of the class in a suit against a major cellular provider on the west coast once. My loses as a result of their illegal practices were several hundred dollars. In the end I was given a credit voucher for $30 in cell time and an upgrade on a new phone. I never came close to recovering my actual losses, but the lawyers representing the class made millions.

Chances are, you'll get the $0.50 or so, and the trial lawyers will pocket the $XX million. Refer to John Edward's career....

Ok well from what I have read the smallest you cant get if all goes the best way is 50$ not .50$ Ill take the 50$
