any 1975 Topps MINI set builders PLEASE HELP I AM GETTING ROBBED!

OK here is the deal - any 75 mini buyers in the past two weeks could help me
Me and guy I thought I knew in the hobby(you guys do not like him) and I will tell his name SOON if I get no info from him
bought 12 75 mini wax packs from Baseball Kid at Sportsfest and they were 8's,9's and 5 or 6 possible 10 candidates.
We agreed to split the cost of the packs and grading and submit to PSA for 6.00 a card AND SUBMITTED THE CARDS IN HIS NAME!!!!!!!
Well my 160 cards came back in two weeks(a seperate order that I submitted on the first day of the show)
Our dealing happened on Sunday right before we took off for the airport. So I know PSA was getting pur orders done FAST!
so I call him and he claims they didn't get done yet and he has no submission # for me to check online( I knew then but could not prove it- now I can prove with certainty straight from PSA).
Well, I know PSA would get his out first since he submits much more stuff than me. so today after several calls that stated NO CARDS I called PSA and found out VERY LITTLE BUT that the order had went out two weeks ago (when MINE went out).
I have called twice tonight NO answer from him
I just need help with the problem
My wife IS AN ATTORNEY and she said we could sue his tale. He lives in North Carolina and I live in TN.
My question to you is what would you do
We have talked since the grades were released and he is lying to my face. My guess is we got several PSA 10's !
Any sale of these at the national you saw by a dealer would also help.
If I get no answer from him within 48 hours I will blow this board up with his stealing. You guys will love it TRUST ME ON THAT ONE!
Just so you know I sell on average about 10K a month on ebay so I know most of the dealers somewhat and would not have done this unless I knew the kid.

If your wife is an attorney you should have already had your answer. The only post should have been I have filed papers against "such and such" (if the papers have been filed you CAN mention the parties name) because of a situation that has arisen from "ect. ect.".
Somethings are "ok" to ask for advice on a message board about, (does this look legit, does GAI cross well to PSA, what are the cheat codes for "insert game here", how bout that Ricky Williams), but when it comes to legal, marital, health or any other issue that involves money, happiness and or life and limb, it needs to be taken up with legal representation, marrigae consel/clergy, or a certified medical specialist.
Nip it in the bud, think long think wrong.

If my wife was an attorney and I was selling $10K a month on eBay, I'd have my 52T Mantle by now.
