I know you can order almost any in-print book through Barnes & Noble. I did so recently here at a local store, in Encinitas. The book arrived within a week and I wasn't charged extra.

Thanks for showing an interest in the book. As of yet I have not located a West Coast distributor for the book. Currently the distributors are in New York (Brooklyn Gallery), Atlanta (Stanton Books), and here in Missouri (me). One thing you get from ordering the book directly from me that you would not get buying it off the shelf would be a signed, personalized copy - which is something I can easily provide.

The biggest problem I have with publishing an e-book is that they are so darn hard to protect. Publish it, sell a few, and before you know it there are a hundred thousand copies of it out there. Show me a good way to protect my investment and I'll save a tree...seriously.
