Are they super duper quality coins in these 2003 mint sets or extremely low mintage?

I guess that stopped production early to gear up for the double nickel mint sets.
Add to that the fact that the 2003 is the last year of the Jefferson Nickel.
especially the P mint set.
without going off to look, what are these sets going for?
Yup!

bid- $22.50 / ask-$23.50
I notice Paul Sims had these 2003 sets for $29.95.

That's right. They were minting the Ohio quarter at the time. End of April and
much of May if memory serves.
I believe that mintage will end up under one million sets again or close to it.
Most 2003 coins are a little tough to find nice apparently so there's likely a
little extra demand also from people looking for nice examples.
Wasn't it the Tennesee quarter they were producing when then mint shut down?
Any articles of this shutdown anywhere?
