I do not not anything about the 64 SMS quarter, but I would be concerned about using the coin as a collateral for the loan. Therefore, I will not lend you the $10k.

SMS coins were officially released in 65, 66, and 67. A few were released in 1964 as a test, which makes this a truly rare coin.
