Anybody else missing their upgrade certificates (Platinum members)?

Have all of you checked your membership packs, particularly Platinum members with 2 service upgrade certificates? I don't
have my upgrade certificates! What do they even look like?

I also told the order taker NOT to send me a SAE as I already have a certified PCGS 69-
to send me the book on Counterfeit detection. Didn't happen-got the SAE and not the book!

What's going on man? On top of all this, I have an invoice marke paid $229 but on the same day about a week later I received
duplicate bills for $6.00 regarding this. Geez Louise!

I ended up getting three SAE's, by the time they quit sendin' 'em.

I also got the Eagle instead of the book.Did my ordering through a mailer I got from them.Their website said you had to call to get the book,I don't remember the mailer saying that.
Sent email to Customer Service and it got ignored.

I wish I had taken out a newbie rider. I took the 8 free submissions deal without thinking how many coins I actually need to send in. I need 5 more for reholder. From what I've seen on the boards and was told to me Friday on the phone, it's either all 8, all for the same thing, all at the same time, or don't send them in. No mix or match, no four now, four later. Complain? Nope, I'm seriously thinking of snapping the corners on 5 more just so I can take care of the 3. Backlog? Jerry
