Need help with a coin website

I've really been working hard on making a coin site. My goal is for it to contain lots of helpful information on gold coins, and coins in general. Is anyone here good with CSS and HTML? I'm having some trouble designing a free webpage from Tripod from scratch, I'm new at this.

PS: It amazes me how many of you have such great websites. Like cacheman. Good job
