The same as before 1864 - nothing. Our coins would be less cluttered, but I seriously doubt that the motto will be removed in the foreseeable future.

I not a colonial expert, and maybe there is one that has "Leave Me Alone" on it, or perhaps you're thinking of "Mind Your Business" from the Fugio cent. It might be interpreted as "Leave Others Alone", and is still good advice.
