Who is MrPlatinum?

I recently have received threatening and absolute abhorent e-mail from a member.

I have been threatened with lawsuits, but I did not post! Is this member (triplexotica) for real, or does the person operate under different names?

I dealt with a person under the name previously: Triplexotica. Under the circumstances, someone posted my personal correspondance to this person, and without satisfaction, I was threatend with Libel. My lawyer said what that person did was illegal if published within a public forum...So long as it was the truth.....................................

If threatend with Libel, please, Please, PLEASE, contact your lawyer....They will know what to do.

If you contact the person mentioned above with the regarding issues, you may be threatened with liable for any 'imposed indescretion". Please be careful, since he threatens with his amount he claims to have money.

P.S. Triplexotica has shown through his/her indescreption, that the person is not really involved with collecting but rather profit.

I am a collector, and I don't care about the 'Profit'...........profit is only for the individual who enjoys ripping the public, while the hobby, and only the long term, Profit does not matter to the real collector....Hence my distaste for TX....!

"Mr Platinum" as he calls himself is in reality Leo Garcia. Had only ONE dealing with him-BAD!!! He goes by Mr Platinum because he has most of the top PCGS platinum sets. He's know by other names from people here on the boards. I'll NEVER deal with his likes ever again! Money can't buy you happiness. I'm not rich but I am very happy, have a wonderful family and many friends. I help as many people as I can while I'm still here. Always will. How about you Leo?
