NTC & PCI Morgans seem to be ski high on Ebay the last month or so. WHY?

Lately I am shocked at the amount of $ NTC and PCI slabbed Morgans are going for on Ebay. If it's toned or DMPL/Pl the prices are way out of line with greysheet prices. Of course, these items are hot right now, so I expect that on PCGS and NGC coins.
I've seen many of these slabs at the local show, but have never been interested enough to hold one in hand. Probably a mistake, because I agree with buy the coin and not the slab.
It is clear what the majority opinion of these two companies would be here. In light of that, how do you explain Ebay dealer's ability to sell so high, understanding that they were probably able to buy at a big discount. It doesn't add up. image

Just more people who don't know what they're doing... and sellers who do

That's OK, the dummies buying these things online will learn the hard way when it's time to sell. I'll deal with these as soon as I am done dealing with the worst of them.

Maybe they have formed sleeper-cells and the buyers are trading amongst eachother, kind of like minor league baseball or semi-pro footballimage----------------BigE(or training bra's)
