I just received a group of 29 pieces from NGC, some of which I liked much better than the two pictured.
Out of the group, only one, an 1890-CC, recieved a grade of MS64. The bottom line is that they're very tough on these two dates.
Current wholesale prices (dealer to dealer transactions):
1890-CC NGC MS61 $1550
1890-CC NGC MS62 $1600
1890-CC NGC MS63 $1900
1891-CC NGC MS61 $1550
1891-CC NGC MS62 $1600
1891-CC NGC MS63 $1800
