After reading many threads regarding PCGS,

many of which might be construed as libel or slanderous, I must commend PCGS for their consideration and respect for people's opinions and views, regardless of how harsh some may be, and on their own CU forums no less.
I've concluded that David Hall, although I've never met the man or spoken to him, as well as the rest of the PCGS staff, take all comments and/or statements regarding their services in stride.
This isn't a kiss-ass statement to gain browny points with PCGS; I'm a simple novice collector on a humble budget that can't afford to shovel hundreds of dollars a month to any grading company, however, after extensive reading it has ocurred to me that PCGS handles even the most harsh and cruel critisism with the utmost respect for one's own opinion by doing little or nothing at all.
I have yet to join their membership, but based on what I've read over the past few months, I'm leaning toward it heavily. As I see it, these aren't a group of elitists, but rather an elite group who are truly making every attempt at looking out for the good of the whole.
Thank you, PCGS, for being professionals.

Craig, you may have unknowingly been reading a thread or two where critical comments were either edited or deleted entirely. While I appreciate and respect the fact that posters are usually free to comment and criticize without censorship, such was clearly NOT the case this past week.
And Russ, you're right. I'll get over it eventually. I just hope that PCGS will put up with my hackling as much as they do yours!

I'd be interested to know what the deletions of the thread in question were.

on a hosts website. There is criticism with good intentions.
Then we have criticism which it intended to do harm and cause
mayhem. The first is acceptable, the second is not.You may bite
the hand that feeds you and get away with it, but try to rip the
whole arm off and you will be chastised and punished, appropriate to the
indiscretion.
