Ever run into something you didn't know you owned?

Cool find....I have tubes and boxes of stuff that every once in awhile I go through and find neat stuff myself. Then I put them back in the box and a year later I find the same stuff. you'd think I'd learn by now....

I ran into this last fall. I had put it away someplace and forgot about it for around 10-12 years. It was white when I had put it away.

That's a pretty nifty looking onza you got there Neil! - I also found some Ikes I had been putting aside to sometime have graded, now I'm torn as to what to send LOL

No, but I've ran into articles I didn't know I'd written. It's funny to find yourself totally agreeing with the author, and following his logic flawlessly, then realizing YOU are the author. It's even funnier if you disagree with him and call him a moron =P

Well, I guess I do. I didn't even know I had this. I remember buying a couple of rolls of SAE's about a year ago and I put some aside and placed them on a shelf until I could get some flips. I must have overlooked one of them. Today I was packing up some old books and found this sitting on top of one of the books:

Ran into an all aluminum V8 that I wanted to put into a truck, was looking for one in the junk yards when I found out I had picked one up about 10 years before. (does this count?)

My dealer ran into a 1901-S barber quarter that they bought in a bulk deal at some point. No idea when, but a nice find. Recently, they found a MS 1923-S Walker in a box of other stuff that they bought. They were getting ready to ship it to an Ebay winner (a group of Kennedies) when the walker fell out. Someone almost got a great deal on ebay.

Yep, In fact I ran into two coins at at yesterdays heritage sale that I owned at one point. I am sure about 1 and fairly certain on the other. 1 was a Jeff and the other wa a lincoln.
