I am starting a collection of the Aussie lunar series of silver. Well, dark side sliver coins of all kinds including those beautiful Britannia and Maple leaves. My wife really seems to love the lunar series of silver coins and the more I look at them the more I really like them. She likes Pandas as well. So I am off now with new life!!!!

P.S. She loves the 2003 Britannia it is very cool!

Yes, the Aussies are great - reverse proofs with three types of finish on them, applied by lasers.

Great series. I am collecting the 1 ounce Silver PROOFS of these only 2,500 minted of each.

( reverse proofs are the uncirculated ones and have a mintage maximium of 300,000 1oz )
