This site is probably the best coin store, (except for the prices). It seems like they have every gold coin. But really high prices.

For an 1858 soverign gold piece XF-40 NGC slabbed. Its 7.9 grams, for a cool $739. This might be a rare date though .. I'm not sure if it is a rare date or not.

Hell no. They are true scam artists .. they made all bogus claims that gold was 900$ an oz among many other things. It sucks that they have to totally rip you off, since shop at home shows are so convient.

An 1858 sov. in XF is fairly common, I believe, and worth nowhere near $739......closer to melt.+10%

Northeast has an 1838 sov. slabbed as PCGS45 for $850 list (figure it's negotiable down to $775), and 1838 is a rare date in 45/50 and up.

Also, NEN has an 1869 slabbed at MS63 (decent unc) for $750 list.....or, an 1874 in AU53 for $179.

Check NEN for prices....don't buy from these other clowns mentioned
