What a lame repair:

He has a nice close up of the corner repaired using.... a one dollar bill! image
If I were lucky enough to have an 1882 $50 Gold Certificate I'd rather have the corner missing than have someone half ass a repair using a one dollar bill. image

    Would that kind of repair make the bill a face value of 51 dollars
