When you see an ebay lot with the word estate or estate sale in the title or description, does this make you more or less interested in the coin/item?

I was thinking of creating a poll with just "crap" as a choice or just "crap" and "good deal".
The Ludlow Brilliant Collection (1938-64)
Scam.
Rip-off.
No returns.
"We're pretending to be stupid, so bidders please do likewise."
to handle the collection. That which is too foul and unwholsome, will go
to E-Bay.

Experience. You're the exception, not the rule.

<< <i>hmmm... I remember asking the question to all of you fine folks over a year ago, how should I sell my Dad's estate? You all suggested Ebay. I think we've done pretty well (though extreeeeemeeeely sllllooooowllly). Not crap. No scam. No rip-offs. Certainly returns allowed. Not foul, and not unwholesome!

The main thing is, on eBay, what does it matter if it's an "estate" sale or not? Why do I, as a buyer, care? Why would a seller even bother to mention this?
Like Russ said, you're the exception, but it does seem like the vast majority of sellers use the "e-word" to somehow justify foisting crap on the masses with no possibility of return.
