Every collector has his price

What coins have you bought that you really weren't interested in just because they were so cheap?

Here's my inexpensive indiscretion. The next thing you know I'll be buying flying pig coins if they're cheap enough. image

I draw the line at the pig jumping over the fence coin. Now if I could find one of the flower series coins at a reasonable price I'd leap on it.

While I don't like to paw through junk bins at coin shows for raw coins (too dirty image ) I love going through bins with coins in 2x2's when the price per coin is under $2. Somehow I always end up with a large stack of coins I really have no interest in as far as my collections go, they just somehow end up in my stack. I'm sure that I overpay on these coins - I have even been known to end up with duplicates of the same coin in my stack. image

Actually, I'll need that jumping pig coin and two others if I want to complete the set. image

    I'm too predictable. image
