I have several PCGS MS66 Kennedy Half Dollars and noticed they are now selling for about half of what I paid for them on eBay. What happened, pop increases?

MS66 coins are "hit and miss" in terms of prices of late. Of course, for many dates, MS66 coins are "2 grade under pop top", or at least one grade. The demand is softer right now for lower grade Kennedy coins I believe.
IMHO, this is another strong series with huge things to come in the future, especially if the #1 set sells off in the next 2 years. If so, what I predict we will see is the first "six figure" MS Kennedy collection to cross the block (and a wonderful return for that collector) and it would likely be a huge boost for the series (as I suspect most folks presently do not believe an MS Kennedy set would sell for "six figures", but, I believe it would)
Also, I believe that without a public sale of the #1 collection, the potential rise in popularity of the series could take a bit longer, as few great coins come on the market each year.

That is one that has seen some real life come back over the last few months. An MS66 sold recently for about $200. The 1969-D in MS66 has brought over $150 in the last two sales. The 1965 in MS66 had dipped below $100, and is now up around $140 or so. The last 1966 in MS66 to sell brought about $175.
moosesr,
Until recently, the 1964 in MS66 was bringing about $25, maybe $30 on a good day. I've seen a couple hammer down in the $50 range over the last month, though. Both were very nice examples. I don't know about the later years you have listed, as I haven't been paying attention to them.
