More SA proof 1/2ds arrived today

Here's the reverse's.
image

The 1937(mintage 116) and the 1946(mintage 150) are the two holes that got filled, the other three are going in the the set raw as well. Most of my other rarer dates are slabbed.

I also got a 1923 proof 3d to finish off my 8 coin set of that year. The seller thru in an orginal 1923 SA Proof set box!! image Getting a scan of the coins in the box may be difficult.

I like these... the ship design is just one of the best. Terrific additions to an outstanding collection of real rarities.

  • Gorgeous ones, Terry. I especially like the '37 and the '46. Congrats!

  • Thanks for the responses. I know that a complete set will be near impossible, but it is exciting when a tough date shows up. Heck, it's exciting when an easy date shows up for sale. image
