I guess it's some kind of holiday. At least that's what one of my customers told me. Anybody know if they're in slaving at the grading tables today? Working on invoice #3032538 maybe?

Submissions are like savings bonds.... build a ladder so you always have one about to mature.

Yes, in Las Vegas!
According to PCGS show schedule Feb 16-18 is an Invitational in Las Vegas. They have on-site grading - so they are probably NOT grading your coins today.
It is hard to understand why they have submissions that they
rec'd in November that are not done and they fly around
to coin shows to grade coins.
Customer satisfaction.....NOT !!!!
3 months is just too long to wait. They should tend to current
business before taking on new.
This reminds me of being waited on in the auto parts store and
the phone rings......and they answer the phone.....spend 5 mins.
looking up parts and giving out prices to someone that may not
ever show up to buy them while I wait with money in my pocket
ready to buy.
The big cities and the big companies are the worst. Any good
businessman should realize it costs less to keep a current customer
than it does to find a new one.
PCGS no longer gets a 100% of my business. I am going elsewhere.
