It's very nice.... could be prooflike - but it's also an "S" mint

She is a very attractive coin, so congratulations on a great find. She has what I would consider to be a full strike with good luster and few marks. Neither the obverse nor the reverse, however, looks PL to me. I would grade her MS64.

Making an optimistic guess, I'll go with 63. Possibly PL.

MS64 if it's a CC, doesn't appear to be PL.

You're getting pretty good with that camera. Apply some extra light.

Like the hairy one said Ladyship - use as much light as you can to take your pics. I use a bank of 2 (one on either side) 100W reveal bulbs, and one flourescent OTT light in the middle - then I arrange the lights to get the best look from the coin. Just takes practice

Okay,I tried again,boy can I mess up a post.
Here is the back of the right coin this time,but it is frosty white not toned,the color is from my lamp.

Well - one thing we SHOULD have mentioned is that PL and DPL coins are extremely tough to capture - you have to picture them much like you picture a proof.

What a purty coin Frank.I have some very nice cameo's in my Morgan set but am still trying to learn how to photograph them just the ordinary ones for now,but hopefully with practice I will be able to show the pl and cameo effects.But this one has such nice fields,i couldn't resist praticing on it, I just can't get the pic's right,OH Well!!
