    There are a lot of cool eagles out there, you should have a blast working on this set.

    I was expecting a different kind of eagle, I think I like this thread. Those are really pretty, especially the first. That's one of my favorite reverses.

    Great idea, I've been doing the same thing myself for a year or so now. There are a lot of nice looking eagles out there. Really like the Goetz pattern link, added that one to my favorites. Thanks and good luck with the collection. Don't forget there are some pattern coins with some great looking eagles out there too.

    They are from 1983 and 1984 Olympic Comms. That side has no Eagle and does not countimage

    Very Pretty Coins, and an interesting collecting idea. One of my favorites is the flying eagle on the reverse of the Saint Gaudens $20 Gold piece image
