Bill, when I saw Phils Icon I went hunting and found this one in Isreal, got it off ebay couple weeks ago and it just got here. I clipped the top because the attachment for the ribbon is there.

I don't remember the thread I described it in more detail in. It's a British Commonwealth medal though, the most common service medal.

It's a cool medal.
