Go to the test forum and attach your file to a test post. Click on the attachment and copy it's address from the address bar of your browser and paste it into your post.

My ISP gives me 12 MB free. I store big pictures there (>50K).

I concur. I, however use the 1 meg/free plan. Good enuff if you don't have too many pics.
