"Tall Boy" submission question

I have a lot of oddball cards to submit soon.
First question: Is the current "Tall Boy" slab that holds most discs (Isaly's, Crane, Buckmans, etc.) and 1970 & 1971 Topps Supers, the largest holder available right now? If I have cards too large to fit in this holder, does that mean that PSA does not currently grade these cards?
Second question: I know I have to submit these cards on a separate submission form, but do I need to pay separate s&h for 2 submissions if I do so. The instructions on the website and submission form are a little vague.
Here is what the current special states:
Submit any card through the Express service for only $10 per card during the month of October.
This is where I'm even more confused. Can I really submit any card, like it says, or do the tallboys still need to be separated.
Basically, if I have to pay separate s&h fees, I will wait until I have a large enough quantity of tallboy cards to submit.
Thanks in advance for any help.

On the question about the holders, I believe the tall boy holder is the biggest that PSA has right now, but Joe Orlando was talking about a larger holder at the Nationals. It was supposed to be coming along with the new and improved holder, but I have not seen or heard anything about these new holders as of yet.

The tall boy holder is also the largest holder that they will grade tickets for. That leaves a lot of tickets without a slab.
Is anybody out there?....hello.....can you hear me now?
Thanks for the response.
I just checked the online submission form and it has been updated since the last time I used it (about 2 weeks ago). Ticket grading has been added as well.
The note that stated "Tallboys available on each of the above services but must be submitted on separate invoice. Failure to separate may cause significant delays in processing your order." has been removed from the submission form.
I'm assuming this means combining cards will not be a problem.?.?
In your experience, did you see "significant delays", as the submission form stated, by submitting both regular cards and tallboys on the same invoice?
Thanks again.

I have some that are real close to these limits and quite a few that are over. I'd love to get these graded. Hopefully, a new holder will be available soon.

I have been waiting on these larger size formats. The new holder should be out in 10 days according to Joe. The Turkey Reds are 5 3/4 " by 8" so anything smaller would probably work in these holders. Hope this helps Jeff
I have not noticed any delays from combined submissions. Just did one on the 5 day special and no problems.
