Grading Question

I have a 1952 Topps Yogi Berra card. The card is beautiful and would more than likely grade a PSA 8 if it wasn't for a little small paper loss on the back of the card. The spot of the paper loss is about the size of a dime. I have shown this card to several collectors and they always have that look of WOW until I say turn it over. My question is what does that do to the grade of the card? Would PSA or any of the other grading companies reduce it down to a 1 or 2? Do they give any value to the overall looks of the card or does that one spot just kill the whole thing?
I would like to get it holdered, but what grading company would do it the justice it deserves? It's way too nice to be in a PSA 1, 2, 3 or even a 4 holder.

If you're going to sell it, the comment about going with PRO isn't that far fetched. You'd be surprised how many people actually collect PRO graded cards. I once had a bad situation with a 1949 Bowman Satchell Paige card and to make a long story short, I ended up going to PRO (only this one time) to have it graded (it came back a 9). PSA wouldn't grade b/c they thought it was trimmed and since the seller wouldn't take a refund (he's actually a member of the registry too! ) I had to try and get my money back. Selling it on eBay pretty much gave me back my money- thankfully.
If you're going to keep it, I'd say, have the card framed by a framing company (keeping the card intact) and have it with some Yogi memorabilia with it. You (and others that see it) will enjoy it more that way.
Otherwise, if you go down the route of having PSA grade it (and you don't like the grade), assuming you're keeping it, you'd have to live with it in the case, since I wouldn't want to be the one to try and pop it out of the case.
