Need advice on how to sell

I am thinking of selling my 1969 proof set, it's the #1 all-time in the registry.......which would be a better way to sell.......breaking it up and selling individually, or selling as a complete set?

Coates 1969 DCAM Proof Set

Any advice appreciated and will entertain offers.

Thanks

  • It's been my experience that breaking things up nets more money. You can always try it as a set first and if that doesn't work break it up.

I would attach pics to the set, for starters.

  • Singularly would be the best way IMO. But, that would be your own preference.....Ken.........PS, how about this 69.....

  • By the way, what is, if there is any, the significantce of 1969 to you? My thing, if you can call it that, is that was the year that I married the cute little thing that I fell in love with!!! Thirty four years later and father of three great children and four loving grandchildren I wouldn't change a thing!!!! Well, maybe one thing!! If we could get the 23 year old baby to move out and get married, that would help.....Ken

Thats a nice 69 Kennedy.......going by the photo, it should be a cinch 69DCAM. As to your other question, 1969 is my birth year. I have that proof set, plus a huge world 1969 proof set collection.
