For those of you who saw my earlier post, Matt came thru and I received my grades. While I did like all the results, I am thankful that I received them. Matt's the man!

  • All hail Matt! But what I don't understand is: If customer service is "an entry level position" at PCGS , then why hasn't he been promoted? He has been the backbone of CS for years!

  • Matt is the man, he has on several occasions over the phone, looked up this or that, and I trully believe he is very sincere with obtaining customer satisfaction on an individual basis. He is probabley the best Customer service person overall in any field I've ever dealt with. So Matt when it's brought up, just say a five figure bonus would be nice.
