Im looking for a stickpin/tie tack kinda thingy...... Something that would be considered a conversation starter...... lemme know what you got !!

I have an old stickpin or hat pin with what looks like a tiny octagonal 1872 California fractional gold coin on it, but the coin is fake. Still, it's an antique in its own right, I'm sure. A neat little item.

The obverse has a head facing left; it's difficult to tell if the head is male or female.

The reverse says "CALIFORNIA GOLD CHARM", and it is the reverse side which is attached to the pin. The pin is 2 1/2" or 3" long, I guess. I was going to stick it in my Holey Gold Hat, but it doesn't really fit in with the holed gold coins.

I was figuring on gettin' ten bucks or so out of it. (?)
