Geez. That was a pain in the butt. You owe me. I'll only charge you a dime, though. The one in Lot #6409 will do just fine, thankyou. image

No, on second thought, I'll reduce my service charge to one nickel...

  • lordmarcovan,
Thank you! These are my babies that I have owned for 20+ years! I must part with them due to personal & financial reasons. I hope some members of this form might be interested in at least viewing them or bidding on them to help me along. The POP 2/0 Shield Nickel & the Seated 10C are about as near perfection as you could want. Shield is a cameo though not designated as noted by Heritage catalaloger.
Thanks to all and PEACE! The little ole MapMaker.

Sorry to hear you must part with them, but hopefully they'll do well. Were they not out of my reach, I would take a stab at one or two of 'em myself!

That is one fine 1858 quarter. I just put a bid on it. Hopefully no one else will bid as the price is already at $7.00 with buyers premiumimage

Good luck, I hope you do well.

It's too bad you have to part with such beautiful coins. That Seated quarter is sweet and so is that Shield nickel! But it's nice you had the chance to enjoy them for 20 years.

My bids won't win unless I'm the luckiest guy in the world, but I can dream, can't I? image

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I clicked the link for the proof IHC, and the auction title is correct, but they have the 3cnickel pictured. You may want to give them a call.............

  • THANKS BigD5,
Heritage is making a few corrections that will take a day or two. Thanks to you fellow numismatists for you have already bid on four of my coins. I sure hope you guys end up with them as I know most of you guys are real collectors who would enjoy them and appreciate them as I have. Good Luck & God Bless.
Regards & Thanks to all, MapMaker.
  • MapMaker,

What kind of seller's premium is Heritage charging for a consignment of this size?

    Louis,
This is a small collection for them. I am paying 5% but the most expensive coin will go for 0 % as I have a certificate for one free coin!

  • Good luck MapMaker. I'll try to do my part on at least one lot. I think you know which one. image

  • IS THERE A FORUM MEMBER WHO CAN ASSIST ME?

Need a good estimate from someone who knows pricing on this coin. I can't find it by date and grade anywhere.
