    Reminds me of an old Wendy's commercial. Parts is parts.

    BTW, I would collect Accented Hair Kennedy half dollars.

    I would collect ultra high grade patterns, ultra high grade proof mercs, 68+, I would also collect early Alfa Romeo race cars, as well as exotic African ritual art. That would cover about $20M, the rest I would invest in nanotechnological biotech stock , about $10m, and I would collect interest from $10m and live on that.

    Are we worth 45 mil wholesale or retail?

    Seriously, I would buy a nice house on the south coast near the Monterey peninsula with my wife. Start a coin business and enjoy life.

    So pretty much the only thing different from now is the house!!!

    Andy----you are really, really a sick puppy.

    To answer your question. I'd collect full "head" standing lib quarters, 1984 double "ear" cents, 1888-O "hot lips" Morgans. "bust" coins. Any others I should add to my set?

    Seth
    Collecting since 1976.
  • After all the important stuff was cared for, and my family was happy, I'd collect:
    Cars;
    Silver Dollars;
    Cents;
    Kennedys (yes, really - I love them);
    Trimes;
    Pretty much all the coins that went for circulation since 1794...

    Id bank the money for dividend to be paid to a few charities, while I collect all the wisdom on tape and paper n video tape of those who were stupid enough to sell what the good lord gave them, which by the way, isnt really yours to sell to begin with.

    Set up a charitable trust fund and with the rest of the money ,

    collect interest. OK so we would buy our two sons homes, give them

    a pile of cash and continue to babble on the forum. At 65, what more could a person

    want. I WOULD COLLECT GOLD PROOF COINS!!!!!!!!!!!

    early gold by date and die variety. reference the Bass collection.
    also draped bust silver coins, in mint state, again by die variety.
    Pre-1855 proof coins. pre-1933 proof gold.
    R7 and R8 patterns.
    that would get me started.

    The good thing about having most of you ignore the instructions in my initial post is that I don't have to suffer being told over and over and over again to "take it to the open forum!". image
