Dunno? The tight bands of color on the left obverse field seem to indicate a restricted air flow over a long period of time and thus NT.

I've got a couple of toned Kennedys with bands like that which I know are real. So IMHO I say natural!

I like it and would vote "real".
(For me, the giveaway is the right field: it appears to be a nice blend of color that I would think is difficult to duplicate. I also like the ring of toning.)
