I picked up 14,000 wheaties to go through on Thursday. I found this coin. Anybody know anything about this?.....Ken..

It's a Cuban 2 Centavos. The 1996 World Coin book lists it for $.25 in fine.

The US has an embargo on importing goods from Castro's Cuba; any coins or currency dated from the time of the revolution are technically illegal to import ... not that many people pay attention or care.

By the way, does it have a "D" mintmark??? If so, it's worth bundles!

Also, FSL (Full Shield Lines) would be a plus.
